Our Response
We note that some patients are looking for medical care, in particular during the evening or on the weekends. We have updated our practice website and information sheet to include the newly built Urgent Care Clinic in Windsor which is open until 10pm everyday. This provides a vital middle-ground option between our regular hours and the Emergency Department, ensuring our patients receive timely care while reducing unnecessary pressure on local hospitals.
In direct response to this feedback, we are currently reviewing our clinician availability and staffing models to facilitate opening the clinic on select public holidays. By evaluating our capacity to stay open during these peak times, we aim to provide better continuity of care for our patients. This internal review is the first step toward expanding our service hours to meet the growing demand for holiday-period medical support.
In response to this, we are pleased to announce that we have a new Doctor working with us, Dr Tayyba Ali. Our goal with this change is to provide greater flexibility and immediate care for those unexpected health concerns. We hope this improvement will make it easier for you to access the medical care you need, right when you need it.
